FREE Meditation Programs

You are cordially invited to attend Free Meditation Programs. Programs will provide knowledge on meditation and clarify its misconceptions.   There will be easy guided meditation session to experience the mental silence and inner subtle system for restoration of the physical, mental and emotional well-being. Instruction handouts will be provided to practice in home. 

We are Sahaja Yoga Meditation Society, a registered non-profit society in Singapore and conducting programs FREE of charge.

Program Schedule and Objective:

Session 1: Corporate Program (Now open for general public) on Stress Management Through Meditation 

Date and Time: 7 Dec 2019 11am-12.30pm

This program has been conducted in various multinational and Government agencies in Singapore with an objective to reduce stress through meditation resulting in a more productive and peaceful workforce. 


Session 2: Meditation and Benefits For Young Adults and Teens

Date and Time: 14 Dec 2019 11am-12.30pm

Learn how benefits of Meditation not just limited to the moment we do it but it expands to everything we do during the day. Observe how it works out in your well-being as a young adult or teen in balancing physical, mental and emotional aspects. 


Session 3: Holistic Health Workshop on Meditation and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Date and Time: 15 Dec 2019 5pm-6.30pm

Program will help you understand correlation between the ancient wisdom of Meditation and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and their simple application techniques in our daily lives to keep ourselves balanced amidst the busy modern lifestyles.
