1. What is Sahaja Yoga Meditation?

Sahaja Yoga is a simple way of learning and experiencing the state of meditation. No chanting, no breathing in style, no tricky postures. Practicing few minutes daily, practitioners can feel the holistic improvement- physically, mentally and emotionally. Proved in many researches worldwide from India to Australia. 2. What is the fee or charges for the course?

 Sahaja Yoga meditation is free worldwide, it is a Non Profit Organization and all the classes are open and free for everyone.

3. Is this a spiritual meditation or related with any particular religion, faith or believe?

Everyone is welcome to learn this simple art of meditation regardless to his faith, believe or religion. It is practiced in over 100 countries worldwide with variety of culture, race and religion.

4. Is there any dress code, or do I have to bring anything?

A decent and comfortable, in which one can sit comfortably during the class on chair. There is no need to bring anything extra, but if you wish you can definitely bring your friends along.

 5. How does this course look like?

Generally classes are conducted in a way that anyone can jump in any class any week. With the mix of theory and practical, topics are revisited in cycles. But it is important for practitioners to practice the Sahaja Yoga Meditation at home regularly during the classes for better understanding and progress with class.
