Meditation awareness program for community - March 2018

Sahaja Yoga Meditation participated in Canberra Day on 11 March, to share the experience and knowledge of meditation to local community in Sembawang, Singapore. Practitioners explained benefits of meditation in day to day life and help participants to experience the 'Mental Silence' of meditation by easy guided steps. Participants were happy to know regular weekly free meditation are conducted in Canberra Community Club on weekends, near to their home.
